When you place a successful order and the order is shipped, we will send you the order number and logistics tracking number via email (there may be a delay of 3-5 days).
If you haven’t received it, please check your spam or contact us to resend it.
How to cancel an order?
After successfully placing an order, it can be directly cancelled within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours, please contact us promptly. We will check the status of your order to see if it is in transit. Once the goods are shipped, we will not be able to cancel them for you. You can return the order unconditionally after receiving it.
Once the order is cancelled, with our consent, any amount deducted from your credit or debit card will be credited back to the credit or debit card account within 15 days from the date of return.

How do I make payments using Klarna, Clearpay, or PayPal?
Log in to your account and select Klarna, Clearpay, or PayPal as your preferred payment method at checkout (not applicable for booking products).
You will be guided to log in to your Klarna, Clearpay, or PayPal account. You can follow the instructions on the screen and then return to the checkout counter to complete your order.
If you use our guest checkout option, you will not be able to see your order in the online account order history.
