We have a 45 day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving the product to apply for a return.
Return eligibility
Your product must be in the same condition as it was received, not worn or used, labeled, and in its original packaging, and requires your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact us before returning the item. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damage and issues
Please check your order upon receiving it. If there are any defects, damages, or incorrect items received, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exchange
The quickest way to ensure that you obtain the desired product is to return the product you have received. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the product separately.
The re purchased products will be shipped within 3-5 days.
If I return the product, will I lose my discount/coupon?
Your offer still applies unless all of your products are returned or you no longer qualify for promotion (as stated in the offer terms and conditions). This is the same for any gift certificate. However, if you use a promotional coupon and all products are returned, the amount will be deducted from your refund.
Can I return multiple orders in one package?
Of course, but please ensure that your return package includes the correct documents for each order. If each order can be separated, it would be very helpful to know which products belong to which order. Each return will be processed separately and we will notify you once it is completed.
Refund
We will check upon receiving your return and notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund through the original payment method within 14 working days. Please note that your bank card or credit card company may also need some time to process and post refunds.
