We provide free delivery services worldwide, but unfortunately, in some remote areas where there are no people, it cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery time=order processing time+transportation time

After you place your order successfully, we will arrange for the warehouse to process your order as soon as possible. The processing time usually takes 2-5 working days.

According to the location of your order and the different logistics methods, the estimated shipping time is 7-30 working days.

We have collaborated with multiple excellent logistics companies, such as UPS, TNT, FEDEX, and EMS, to ensure that you receive the goods in a timely manner.

 

 

Change delivery address

If you have already placed an order, you can contact our customer service personnel and provide your order number, and we will see what we can do for you.

Alternatively, if you want to change the address in your online account, please go to the “My Account” section and then enter the “Address Book”. After arriving here, you can edit the address by simply following the instructions on the screen. Afterwards, please make sure to assign the ‘Delivery’ checkbox to the correct address.

 

 

Track my orders

You can find your tracking information in the “Delivery Information” section of the shipment confirmation email. This will let you know where your package is, but if it takes longer than the specified delivery time, please contact us and provide your order number, and we will be happy to further investigate this issue.

 

 

 

If you have not received the package, please contact us promptly and we will investigate the reason for it.
